Air Fryer Tandoori Chicken
Hey you! I hope you all are staying safe. Finally, after a few trial and errors, I have nailed this tandoori chicken recipe. I made this in an air fryer you can make them in an oven or a pan. I like making this in the air fryer because it doesn’t need any additional fat to cook. Trust me it taste so much better and it is healthier!
I use boneless chicken breast, you can use any, chicken thigh or even drumsticks I am sure it is going to taste amazing!

Air Fryer Tandoori Chicken
prep 40mins cook 20mins total 1 hour
yield 4 servings
Ingredients
2 chicken breast
Salt to taste
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbs turmeric
1 tbsp tandoori masala
1 tsp swad tandoori masala
2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tb ajvin (Carom seeds)
1 tsp kasuri methi
1 tbsp mustard oil
1/3 cup Yogurt ( Dahi)
1 tsp rice flour
Preparation
In a mixing bowl add diced chicken, salt, chilli powder , turmeric , tandoori masala , SWAD tandoori masala , ginger garlic paste ,black pepper, ajvin ,kasuri methi, mustard oil, dahi,rice flour. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Set the air fryer at 375F and let it pre-heat for 5 minutes. Once the air fryer is pre-head spray some nonstick oil to avoid sticking of the masala.
Place the chicken pieces gently in the air fryer and let cook for 15 minutes on one side. Flip and cook again for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with naan or rice.

This can be made in an oven too with same temperature but it will take slightly longer to cook
You can make this in a pan too just add ghee/butter and once it starts to sizzle gently add the chicken to the pan and cook well
