The Best Scrambled Eggs Toast

Hi guys! I am back with a new breakfast recipe! THE BEST SCRAMBLED EGG TOAST. It’s soft and crunchy and everything else in the middle I love soft scrambled eggs over buttery toasted bread. Ahh, the perfect combination. This Scrambled Egg Toast is so easy to make, filling and so tasty. I am sure these scrambled eggs will make your mornings better. Promise. 

I used feta cheese and that’s my personal favorite secret ingredient to make the eggs creamy and soft. The slices of bread I used was Artisan Bread. I love how it is so airy.

The Best Scrambled Eggs Toast

prep 5 mins cook 8 mins total 13 mins

yield 2 servings

Ingredients

2 sliced bread (I use white, Artisan bread)

1 tbsp of butter, plus more to butter the bread

4 small eggs OR (3 medium eggs, 2 large eggs)

1/4 cup feta cheese crumbles

chopped cilantro, parsley, chives or dill - Optional

Instructions

Spread a thin layer of butter on the bread, on both sides and place it on the pan and let it toast till its golden brown. Place the toast on a plate and let it rest.

In the same pan add butter and crack in the eggs and add feta cheese and scramble it for 4-5 mins- till it fluffs up.

Once the egg is ready top it on the bread and sprinkle fresh black pepper and kosher salt and can add any garnish of your choice. Enjoy!
